RAS Teaching Scholarship for Ag Graduates

The RAS Foundation Master of Teaching Scholarship for Ag Graduates aims to assist Ag graduates who want to pursue a career in agriculture teaching by addressing the critical shortage of agriculture teachers in NSW.

Open to NSW and ACT scholars, the Master of Teaching Scholarship for Ag Graduates aims to tackle the critical shortage of qualified agriculture teachers, with the RAS Foundation offering up to five scholarships of $10,000 each to assist with the financial burden of post-graduate study.

In NSW, there is a critical shortage of agriculture teachers, particularly those with Ag-based qualifications. The RAS Foundation Master of Teaching Scholarship for Ag Graduates aims to help those who want to teach agriculture and are committed to becoming part of a skilled and knowledgeable educator workforce in New South Wales. Ag graduates who are already working in the industry and looking for a new opportunity are also encouraged to apply.

There are 5 scholarships available providing $10,000 in financial support along with mentorship and practical placement opportunities.

Ag Graduates who can apply for the RAS Foundation Master of Teaching Scholarship include people who have any of the following Bachelor Degrees: Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Business Management, Rural Science, Agricultural Production, Environmental Science. Graduates who have other Ag-related degrees are also encouraged to apply.
