A new chapter for the RMA Network: Welcome Jason Woolhouse

Welcome Jason Woolhouse

We would like to extend a very warm welcome to Jason Woolhouse, who has officially stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer of the RMA Network.

Jason joins the network with a wealth of experience, having most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer at Hume Bank. With over 25 years of expertise spanning financial services, strategic partnerships, and business growth, Jason is perfectly positioned to lead the RMA Network into its next phase of evolution.

As an independent agency, we are particularly excited about Jason’s background in innovation. We look forward to the fresh perspectives and strategic growth he will bring to the agents’ agent, ensuring that independent agencies like ours continue to have the best back-end support, marketing, and operational tools available.

A fond farewell to Chris Howie

As we look toward the future, we also take a moment to  say a heartfelt thank you to Chris Howie, who is transitioning into a well-deserved retirement.

Chris has been a stalwart of the industry and a dedicated leader for the RMA Network. His guidance has been instrumental in connecting the 120 RMA locations across the country, fostering a spirit of collaboration that makes this network so unique. While we will miss his leadership, we are glad to hear that Chris will remain with the organisation through July to ensure a smooth transition.

Looking ahead

Network President Kat Bidstrup noted that this appointment reinforces the commitment to empowering independent agencies for success and we couldn't agree more.

We wish Chris all the very best in his retirement and look forward to working closely with Jason and the RMA team as we continue to deliver the best results for our clients in Gunnedah and beyond.

Congratulations, Jason, and cheers to a long and happy retirement, Chris!
